The Ukrainian Investment Portal continues to expand its functionality and has introduced a new section dedicated to the Privatisation of state assets.
The new page provides up-to-date information on available assets, participation conditions, and step-by-step guidance on privatisation procedures in Ukraine. It is designed to simplify access to opportunities for both domestic and international investors and to ensure transparent navigation of the process.
Currently, the Government is expanding the list of objects for sale and updating legislation to introduce clearer and more transparent rules. At the same time, instruments to support investors are also evolving – from technical preparation of assets and transaction support to financial mechanisms, with our international partners actively working with the state to develop them.
The KSE Institute developed this practical online resource for potential investors, covering key aspects of privatisation in Ukraine. The activity was implemented at the request of the Ministry of Economy, Ecology and Agriculture of Ukraine with the support of the UK Government as part of the Ukraine Economic Recovery Programme.
